Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Emailed the supervisor she returned the email with an apology and my full refund. Make sure u cancel your free trail period on time.

I never subscribed and yet was billed twice
I want my money back and a label to send this unopened box back. Ive been trying for weeks and get no help with this.
To unsubscribe, they want me to sign up for Just Ask which is another site that wants money. Ill be asking a lawyer what my next steps should be.

Buyer beware!!! I did the trial offer..sent the product back and before they even sent the return label I git another shipment and charge.
So, they still have not refunded me for either charge..the trial and the second shipment!!!! I want my money back!!!
Charges reversed and do not send me anymore! So wrong for you to do that when I had already sent an email.

Has been resolved nobody has contacted me I've emailed and written a letter I am trying to get you to take me off your mail list your call list your text list your email list I do not want you on my phone I don't want anything from you except my $172.37 refunded to my checking account now
Again on October 5th they took another $51.39 plus an additional $45.49 totaling $96.88 which was caused me an overdraft of $30 in my checking account I sent another email telling them I wanted my money back I had not ordered anything from them I wanted to be removed from them mailing list and membership list or whatever list they had me on not to touch my money ever again and to replace $126.88 plus the $45.49 they took for the trial before you buy it $5.90 deal.
They keep sending me emails telling me that they can't just remove me from a list that every 60 to 90 days they're going to send me a product I don't want it I told them that take me off your list they are not going to be charging my checking account I'm going to have my bank remove them never send them any money again they are ignorant out of the country immigrant *** that want to steal your money!!!

I never got my order, and I contacted this company, and all I get is some person named Taylor sending me automated messages and closing the chat on me, saying she has to escalate this, and no one has gotten back to me. I already reported them to the BBB, and the next thing I'll do is file a chargeback.

Seems that most responses are AI. Maleys is really difficult to deal with and subscriptions take so many steps to Actually cancel.

I have been told through form responses that this has been Escalated 5 times by email. However, has happened & Nothing some reps say I only ordered 3 products!! What does the government shutdown or your financial hardship have to do with the trial period expiring? It was clearly stated at the onset before you purchased. You not returning it in time is all on you.
