Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Emailed the supervisor she returned the email with an apology and my full refund. Make sure u cancel your free trail period on time.

I ordered there product for a trail period never opened the product to use it in-between that time from I was affected by the government shutdown. The trail period ended i was charged $112 dollars which is causing me a financial hardship i reached out to there customer service team and they told me I can't get a refund because its outside of the trail period .

Im a dissatisfied customer and would like to return there product now im stuck with and im not going to use it.

This is unacceptable customer service from this company I would never purchase anything from them again. Please be aware ordering from this company u won't get refund

What does the government shutdown or your financial hardship have to do with the trial period expiring? It was clearly stated at the onset before you purchased. You not returning it in time is all on you.

If you don’t want your business broadcasted, don’t post on a third party site where users can comment. Your uneducated self (as indicated by your semi-illiterate post) needs to contact the company through their site. You never answered the question either, but it seems like you’re having a tough time at life’s minimal basics.

They are taking money out of my account for multiple orders that I did not place, nor have I received any packages. The phone number listed on the transactions is disconnected and there is no way to speak with a live person.

Terrible company, they keep taking money from my account...no contact, phone number wrong and can't reach anyone. I need to cancel this subscription which I never asked for in the first place. If someone gets their number please share.

Buyer beware!!! I did the trial offer..sent the product back and before they even sent the return label I git another shipment and charge.

So, they still have not refunded me for either charge..the trial and the second shipment!!!! I want my money back!!!

Has been resolved nobody has contacted me I've emailed and written a letter I am trying to get you to take me off your mail list your call list your text list your email list I do not want you on my phone I don't want anything from you except my $172.37 refunded to my checking account now

I ordered the try before you buy for $5.90 the day they took the $5.90 out of my checking account they also took an additional $45.49 I sent an email to the company telling them I want is the $45.49 back that I only signed up for the try before you buy for $5.90 and to remove me from any membership that they had signed me up for this was on September 8th 2025. They never returned the money to my checking account!
Again on October 5th they took another $51.39 plus an additional $45.49 totaling $96.88 which was caused me an overdraft of $30 in my checking account I sent another email telling them I wanted my money back I had not ordered anything from them I wanted to be removed from them mailing list and membership list or whatever list they had me on not to touch my money ever again and to replace $126.88 plus the $45.49 they took for the trial before you buy it $5.90 deal.
They keep sending me emails telling me that they can't just remove me from a list that every 60 to 90 days they're going to send me a product I don't want it I told them that take me off your list they are not going to be charging my checking account I'm going to have my bank remove them never send them any money again they are ignorant out of the country immigrant *** that want to steal your money!!!

Missing package and company isn't responding

I never got my order, and I contacted this company, and all I get is some person named Taylor sending me automated messages and closing the chat on me, saying she has to escalate this, and no one has gotten back to me. I already reported them to the BBB, and the next thing I'll do is file a chargeback.

I have exchanged 26 emails and they will not even look at my PayPal receipt!! They never escalate my case but have sent emails saying it’s been escalated!!

Seems that most responses are AI. Maleys is really difficult to deal with and subscriptions take so many steps to Actually cancel.

I was charged 4 times for 2 orders of Get Dreamy. I have exchanged over 25 emails.

I have been told through form responses that this has been Escalated 5 times by email. However, has happened & Nothing some reps say I only ordered 3 products!! I have sent several screenshots of the 4 charges for TWO products and screenshots of the Supposed escalations. This company is clearly hoping I will give up!

I am contacting the Attorney General of Texas as Maleys is scamming many people!! Unacceptable
